Fire Pits & Fireplaces

Keep warm on cool desert evenings with a backyard fire feature

A fire pit is great for keeping warm on chilly desert nights. The Green Scene in Northridge, CA.

To make your patio enjoyable on cool desert nights add a fire feature. If you plan to entertain large groups a fire pit is perfect. However, if you are looking for something more intimate a fireplace will do the trick.

A fire pit is great for gathering around on cool desert nights. You will be able to enjoy your guests and the beautiful desert stars while keeping warm. A custom fire pit can be created to fit any décor style. For a southwestern look, go with a round fire pit in an adobe or stucco finish and add bricks to the rim. For a modern look go with a rectangular fire pit, in a smooth concrete finish, with colored glass as an accent. Don't be afraid to think outside the box, fire pits don't have to be round. Squares, rectangles, and even L-shaped designs will add visual interest and provide extra seating space when not in use.

A fireplace is well suited for desert gardens that are affected by the wind. A fireplace will provide a wind break and create a cozy space that a few people can enjoy on cool desert evenings. Again a fireplace can be created in any décor style.
